Mdina this was one of my favourite places. Known as the silent city because cars where not allowed in there until a few years ago. It is an ancient walled city, yes it has a cathedral so it is a city, even though it is small.
From this photo you are looking at the silent city from an approaching road, the dome of the cathedral is clearly visible. |
