Today I see continued aggression by Israel against Lebanon and I hear the prime minister of Iran saying that Israel should be removed. And the saddest thing of all is that I find myself in part agreeing with him. I have come to believe that only by dismantling Israel will there ever be peace in the middle East. "Fact" in the 1940s Jewish settlers carried out acts of terrorism until they were rewarded with the gift of a slice of Palestine which they called Israel. And like a cancer it grows and destroys surrounding healthy tissue. A cancer kills if it is not removed. Iran is correct, Israel should be removed. Not wiped out, it should return to the 1948 borders it was given, and the stolen land returned to the Palestinians from whom it was stolen. This would be more than they are entitled to, but if they remained in this area the Palestinians would in time come to accept the loss of some of their land. Peace would then stand a chance. As things look to me now.! Israel is as close to the actions committed by the German Nazi state in the mid 1930s. They have a modern well equipped army, they persecute their neighbours who are not Jewish. They have built ghettoes to put people in to, who's homes and land they have stolen. The world is quiet just now, as at the time of Hitler. But like the Nazi state in 1939 I think they are very near the edge. A lot of people who have remained quite until now are ready to push them into the abyss. I feel this way now. Enough is enough.!!!
